Its can be a bit too much at times.
We can feel overwhelmed or frustrated that things are not working out well. Maybe we notice we are more emotional and that feels bad. It can be several causes but if we can first stop a bit and listen we can often make that change some. Sometimes we might hear that we are saying negative things to ourselves…about our self or our actions. First wait and try to slow down by breathing, then try instead to be more realistic … kind to yourself, by listing some other ways to look at what has happened. This is not to gloss over and be in denial, but as humans we tend to automatically go to the negative thinking. We benefit from practicing and working on saying positive things. When we are suffering, or depressed, if we look for the things we have gratitude for we can start to make a small shift out of our misery. This can be a first step to make change.
